AMAZONIA: Outdoor area at Tropical Islands

On over 35,000 square meters, guests at AMAZONIA can enjoy water attractions, extensive sunbathing areas, numerous facilities for sporting activities and gastronomy all year round.

The central highlight at AMAZONIA is our current channel - the "Whitewater River". With a length of 250 meters and various branches, it is unique in Germany.

There is also a pool open all year round with various bubble and massage loungers for wellness fans to relax in. In another pool, visitors can enjoy sporting activities on the 25-meter lanes and the wide wave slide. All pools and the Whitewater River are heated and the water temperature is around 31 degrees Celsius.

An adventure playground and a spray area with water games ensure that children never get bored. Two existing sports areas can be used for beach soccer and beach volleyball, for example. The entire outdoor area is embedded in a dune landscape.
